The flood of dignity is the description that the Libya National Army, led by Khalifa Haftar, gave to the military operation in Tripoli, which aims to achieve Libya’s stability and the civilians’ safety in the capital, in addition to wiping out the terrorists that are communicating with outside forces, especially al-Qaida, which led to Tripoli being run in ways that are different from how capitals are usually run.
